Time moves too fast
My little Evie turned 1 year old today. I cannot believe how fast this year went. I feel like I woke up this morning and saw a little kid instead of a baby. It's made me reflect on all of the amazing things that have happened in such a short amount of time. Of course, there are all of Evie's remarkable firsts. She has brought more joy into my life than I could have ever imagined. I've also accomplished a lot on a personal level. I am finally pursuing my passion... I have Evie to thank for that. I also cannot forget to thank my loving and supportive husband who has put up with my busy schedule. Here's to year number two!

Announcing Mr. & Mrs. Renz (again)
Lauren and Robert had their wedding reception last weekend, and I was fortunate enough to capture some of the beautiful moments of that evening. I have known Lauren for over 5 years now. We were roomates in college and very close friends now. Lauren and Robert are truly an amazing couple. They have a love deep enough to survive an entire ocean apart for months.
Here are a few of my favorites from the night...

Newborn Baby Ava
Jeff and Kendra had their baby last week and let me photograph their beautiful 9 day old baby girl, Ava. This was my first newborn session, and Ava was so good, not to mention, ADORABLE! Just look at all that hair!!! We did the session at their home in Broken Arrow. Here are a few shots from that day. It was so hard for me to leave. She was just so tiny and precious. Enjoy that little girl (while she's still so little)!

Soon-to-be Baby Franks
My husband's brother and wife, Jon and Candi, are expecting their first child. These photographs are from a quick maternity shoot at my home. My soon-to-be nephew, Gavan, will grace us with his presence sometime in late September or early October. This is a long awaited blessing. I know that Gavan will have the most loving parents a child could ever have. I cannot wait to meet this little man.
My Little Baloon Baby
I gave my daughter a ballon Saunday and snapped a few shots in front of my favorite brick wall in downtown Tulsa. My intent was to send these out with her 1st Birthday Party invitations but she was not in a smiling mood. Not so sure these pictures scream "Come to my party!!!" I still love the contrast of her bright tourqouise dress and yellow ballon against the brick red wall.
