The Millers

I had the privelage to photgraph the Miller family on Saturday morning. What a fun family to be a part of! We had a such a good time. Trying to get 10 people to jump and the same time is definitley fun to watch. Here are some of my favorite photos that I think capture this awesome family's personality.

Soon to be Baby Grimes

The cutest soon to be parent's ever are Kendra and Jeff. Kendra is only 3 weeks till her due date in these pictures. Can you believe that? She's so cute and tiny. They were so much fun to photograph. Here are some of my favorite shots from the evening. I can't wait to meet baby Ava in a couple weeks...

Just Married

Robert and Lauren are hitched!!!! Congratulations to the both of you. Your beaming faces say it all. Love each other always as you do today and you will find hapiness. I'll see both of you next month.

Lauren's Engaged!!!!

My best friend Lauren got engaged!!!! Here are some pictures of her and her fiance, Robert. These were taken in Lawton at Ft. Sill military base on the evening before their wedding. It was over 100 degrees even after 7 o'clock, but they still look good! Can't wait to post pics from their wedding.

Three Peas in a Pod

Last week I photographed my WONDERFUL babysitter's two girls along with my daughter. The picture above perfectly describes how the night went. Hollyn posing for the camera, my daughter oblivious to what is going on, and Mylie, for some strange reason, scared of my camera or maybe it was the speedlight mounted on top of it. I'm still not sure. By the time Mylie warmed up to the camera, Hollyn was disinterested in having her picture taken. That's what happens when tring to photograph young children. One is usually fine, three is a difficult task indeed. Anyway, here are a few of my favorite shots of the evening. Did I mention, my babysitter is WONDERFUL!!!

Bubble Day

On the Fourth of July (before the fireworks festivities), we headed to the park. Evie got to play with bubbles for the first time! My daughter had a blast, and I was happy to test out my new speedlight. We had to get in the shower as soon as we got home because we were itchy from rolling around in the grass, but it was worth it. My first attempt at flash photogrpahy worked out well I think. Bring on difficult lighting situations. I am ready!

Adam and Alysha

My two beautiful and so in love friends, Adam and Alysha, were gracious enough to be models for my photography class asignment. We spent a hot and sticky evening all over Tulsa snapping more than 200 pictures. I found some great locations downtown which I hope to take future clients. Thanks you guys for being such great sports. I hope you enjoy your pictures!

The Smith Family

A couple weeks ago, I was blessed with the opportunity to shoot the Smith family. Dad is the son of a good friend at work. And what a beautiful family they are! Kids, Noah and Madison were just addorable from start to finish. It was so much fun to shoot them. I am excited to see which prints they decide to get. Here are a couple of my favorites. Hollyn's Dance Recital

Friday afternoon I stayed late at my babysitters house and snapped a few shots of her daughter, Hollyn, before she left for her first dance recital. We twirled and twirled till we were dizzy, but she looked beautiful in that hot pink poofy dress. Good luck tonight sweetie!!!

My Beautiful Daughter

My daughter, Evie Marie, is 8 1/2 months old. It's hard for me to believe that their are cuter babies than her in this world. I know I have a bias (after all I am her mother). But just look at those blue eyes! How can you resist?

Tidwell Family Fun

This weekend, my sister, Audrey, and her family met me at Woodward Park for some family pictures. The weather was perfect and we had a great time playing and snapping photographs. I don't think there is a bad spot to take a picture. My nieces, Makayla and Lauren, showed me their sister love in this photograph. Thanks for the fun dark in the park!

Justin's Senior Pictures

Saturday afternoon, I was fortunate enough to take Justin's Senior pictures at Woodward Park. I worked with Justin's mother, Gina, at Webco Industries over a year ago. I am so thankful she remembered me after leaving the company. Justin is a bright kid and a pleasure to take pictures of. I'm not so sure he liked the lense pointed at him that much as most teenage boys don't, but he did a great job. Justin's beautiful girlfriend, Brook, also came to the session so I offered to get a few shots of them together. What a lovely day at the park!
